Harmonize Your Soul Retreat: Setting intentions with art, horses, and sound!
Step into a day of profound stillness and self-discovery with the "The Harmonized Soul,” a unique experience set amidst the gentle presence of horses. Far from the noise of daily life, this day invites you to slow down and align your inner compass in an environment where nature and mindfulness meet. Through guided reflections and quiet observation, you’ll learn to begin crafting a life of purpose. The serene backdrop of the farm provides the perfect sanctuary to breathe, reset, and focus on the life you wish to create.
The new moon sound bath, orchestrated by Inga Rouches, pairs the lunar energy of new beginnings with the vibrational healing acoustic instruments. Metaphysically, it creates a “fertile void” where you can release old baggage and plant clear intentions for the upcoming cycle. You will feel the transformative power of sound as you enjoy a journey into deep relaxation and inner harmony while in the presence of horses and nature.
You will also experience the enchanting art of creating your own “intention doll.” Kimberly Kohr will guide you through the process of bringing a unique, soulful creation to life. You will explore intention setting (infusing your doll with personal meaning and purpose), design and creation (using various mixed media materials like fabric, paper, clay, beads and natural elements), and symbolism (incorporating talismans and objects that hold special significance for you).
Horses serve as our companions throughout the day. Because they live entirely in the present, these intuitive animals mirror our internal state, helping us recognize when our intentions are fragmented or firm. You will leave the retreat not only with a renewed sense of peace but with practical tools to carry that horse-inspired presence and intentionality back into your world.
Prior to this event, an email will be sent with arrival instructions and the location address. Snacks and lunch will be provided. All participants must sign a waiver and be 15 or over. Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No equine experience required and there is no riding at this event. There are no refunds for this event as there are upfront costs and multiple facilitators involved to make this an amazing retreat.
Register early as space is limited to 12 participants. EARLY BIRD pricing of $199 is good through August 23rd. After August 23rd, the event cost will be $249. Registration closes on September 9th.
